Our services are intended to supplement, not replace, professional medical care.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caribou Holistic Healthcare Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
